style="text-indent: 2.1333em;margin-bottom: 10px;">长大以后，三女都到了出嫁的年龄，唯妙善不肯出嫁，执意出家。妙善先到白雀寺里修道，妙庄王知晓后派人逼她回宫，她执意不回，妙庄王气极之下将寺院放火焚烧。三皇姑被山神救出，藏到了香山上。没过多久，妙庄王得了一种怪病，需亲人的一手、一眼入药。妙庄王的大女儿和二女儿都不肯舍己救父。就在庄王病入膏肓之时，妙善毫不犹豫地献出自己的手和眼，很快治好了父王的疾病。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1333em;">妙庄王对女儿的孝心非常感动，并忏悔自己的罪过，在香山上为女儿修寺院。正当大殿上塑三皇姑像的时候，工匠请示庄王：“塑成什么样？”庄王说：“全手全眼”，工匠却误听为“千手千眼”，于是就雕塑成了一尊千手千眼的三皇姑塑像。妙善在此修行，后来，功德圆满，成为大慈大悲观世音菩萨。 </p></section><section
