25px;"><p>上午9时，八关斋戒正授仪式在寒山寺畅和楼内举行。寒山寺监院惟明法师慈悲担任律师，为众戒子深入浅出地讲解了八关斋戒的意义和功德利益，并带领大家在佛前至诚恳切地请圣证盟，忏悔业障，三皈纳体，秉宣戒相，发菩提心，虔诚受持八戒。</p><p><strong>分解“八关斋戒”：</strong></p><p>“八”字，是指的八条戒律，所以称为“八戒”。“关”字指关闭，关闭什么? 关闭众生生死的门户。“斋”字就是指的不非时食，也就是过午不食，这个“斋”字含有使我们身心清净、妄想消除之义。“戒”字含有止恶防非的作用，戒也是我们法身慧命的护身符。</p><p><strong>八关斋戒的内容：</strong></p><p>八关戒者，以八戒为体，即不杀、不盗、不淫、不妄语、不饮酒、不歌舞娼妓亦不故往观听、不香花鬘严身、不坐高广大床、不非时食。</p></section></section><section
