此次修习营在包容寺内举行，全程素食，也不接受任何荤食供养，禅修者也不能带任何零食。修习营期间受持慈心九戒，遵循不非時食戒（过午不食），只提供早餐和午餐。请务必在规定时间用餐，过时将不再提供食物。下午有蜂蜜水等药食提供。</p><p>6. 全程免费。学员往返路费⾃理，修习营期间全程⻝宿由包容寺安排，随缘乐捐供养。</p><p>7. 禅修期间，全程⽌语。</p><p>8.
