0px;box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf="">观世音菩萨，是西方极乐世界的上首菩萨，同大势至菩萨一起，同为阿弥陀佛身边的左右胁侍，并称“西方三圣”。</span><span leaf=""><br/></span></p><p style="white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf="">相传，妙善公主于六月十九日成道证果，现千手千眼观世音菩萨相，于是后人便把这一天定为观世音菩萨成道日。宋朝太师蔡京撰写的《大悲观世音菩萨得道证果史话碑》碑文中说，妙善公主在此香山修炼得道，其舍利就葬在北宋熙宁元年（一零六八年）重建的“大悲观音塔”下。“大悲观音塔”是结构坚固雄伟的八角九层密檐式砖塔，现尚保存完整。</span></p></section><section
