《妙法莲华经》，简称《法华经》，后秦鸠摩罗什译，七卷二十八品六万余字。是释迦牟尼佛住世最后八年，在王舍城灵鹫山所说，为大乘佛教初期经典之一。</span></p><p style="white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf=""> 《妙法莲华经》，本经以喻而立经名。“妙法”，指的是一乘法、不二法；“莲华”比喻“妙”在什么地方，在佛教中是最为常见的譬喻和形象。有“微妙香洁”的功德，而又以“微妙”之功德代表智慧，以“香洁”代表慈悲德行，以喻大乘菩萨智悲双运，为悲悯众生，而发宏愿，于五浊恶世中行难忍之行救度众生，却又不为五浊所染，如同莲花生于淤泥之中却不为所染，故有此名。</span></p><p
