佛陀成道吉祥日 腊八品粥庆祥和—五龙禅寺腊八赠粥活动通告 <section style="text-align: center;" nodeleaf=""></section>        恭逢佛陀成道吉日，欣遇盛世新年喜庆，本寺於2026年1月26日（农历腊月初八）早上6:30至9:00於本寺斋堂举行“品尝美味腊八粥，同享和谐吉祥年”活动，以佛教特有的形式面向社会大众免费奉赠腊八粥，以期同沾法喜，共沐祯祥！<section style="text-align: center;" nodeleaf=""></section>      食腊八粥具有多种益处。据佛经所说，食粥具有十种利益：一、资益身体，容颜丰盛；二、补益饥虚，增长体力；三、补养元气，增加寿命；四、清净柔软，食则安乐；五、滋润脾胃，辞辩清扬；六、调和通利，消除风寒；七、温暖脾胃，宿食消化；八、气无凝滞，声音清晰；九、适充口腹，饥饿顿除；十、喉吻沾润，渴想随消。<section style="text-align: center;" 每年农历十二月初八即腊八，系汉传佛教重大节日。据佛典记载：佛陀释迦牟尼，为寻求人生真谛，不惜舍弃王位，出家修道，终于腊月初八日，夜睹明星，豁然悟道而成正觉。为纪念佛陀的成道法喜，后世佛教弟子在每年腊月初八吉日用香谷、果实等煮粥供佛，并施舍给百姓。“腊八”因此而成为“佛陀成道纪念日”。腊八粥也由此流传开来，成为民间的一种习俗。 <section style="text-align: center;"
