1.8;"><p>看话参禅，是参究本心自性的一个方法。尔时，神光“心未宁，乞师与安”。达磨即问一句：“将心来与汝安。”光曰：“觅心了不可得。”师曰：“我与汝安心竟。”此本公案，开启了中国禅宗不立文字、直指人心的佛法精髓的承传。</p><p>自伊始至六祖慧能，皆以此问究心法接机发明。到了宋代，经由大慧宗杲禅师的剖析提倡，而逐渐演变为“看（参）话头”一法，并且成为宋代以来禅宗的主流修法，依此禅修而大彻大悟者历代辈出。只要禅者发起生死切心、深信本具佛性，专注话头，发起疑情、一参到底，即可明心见性、得大自在。</p><p>看话参禅，教授参禅行仪，参话头”法门实操方法教学与指导。资国寺为唐代古刹，号称桐城八景之一的“莲花曙月，寺内有千年铁树，唐泉宋井，气候宜人，茶山遍野，适宜户外山水行禅，带领学员在户外大自然中参究。户内外相结合，动静两相宜。全面掌握参话头参禅方法，并能运用到实际生活中。<br/></p></section><section
