2026 年青州广福寺暨圆觉寺传授二部僧 三坛大戒法会通启
<p style="margin-bottom: 0px;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;visibility: visible;"><span leaf="" style="visibility: visible;">为秉承世尊遗教，光大如来戒法，绍隆佛种，续佛慧命，经中国佛教协会(中佛会</span><span leaf="" style="visibility: visible;">〔</span><span leaf="" style="visibility: visible;">2026</span><span leaf="" style="visibility: visible;">〕</span><span leaf="" style="visibility: visible;">265号)批准，由山东省佛教协会主办，潍坊市佛教协会、青州市佛教协会协办，青州广福寺暨青州圆觉寺承办的传授二部僧三坛大戒法会，定于2026年10月08日至11月08日举办。 </span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;visibility: visible;"><span leaf="" style="visibility: visible;">此次传戒法会，青州广福寺男众、青州圆觉寺女众新戒都控制在350名以内，女众实施二部僧授戒制度。传戒法会将严格按照中国佛教协会《全国汉传佛教寺院传授三坛大戒管理办法》《汉传佛教教职人员资格认定办法》和《关于规范汉传佛教活动场所剃度收徒的规定》等规定，以及《关于进一步加强和规范汉传佛教传授三坛大戒工作的通知》（中佛会〔2016〕179号）的精神和要求认真执行。 </span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;visibility: visible;"><span leaf="" style="visibility: visible;">具体通告如下： </span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;text-indent: style="margin-bottom: 0px;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;visibility: visible;"><span leaf="" style="visibility: visible;">报名受戒者需符合以下条件： </span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;visibility: visible;"><span leaf="" style="visibility: visible;">1.爱国爱教，遵纪守法，无任何犯罪记录及纠纷。 </span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;visibility: visible;"><span leaf="" style="visibility: visible;">2.信仰纯正，勤修三学，遵守教义教规，品行端正。 </span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;visibility: visible;"><span leaf="" style="visibility: visible;">3.年龄在 20 周岁至59 周岁之间（身份证出生日期于1967年10月08日至2006年10月08日之间）。六根具足，身心健康（无传染病、精神病），具有较高的文化素养。 </span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;visibility: visible;"><span leaf="" style="visibility: visible;">4.做净人须满一年以上；有婚史者，须在做净人之前保持单身（离婚或丧偶）。 </span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;visibility: visible;"><span leaf="" style="visibility: visible;">5.男众须依比丘僧剃度师剃度后，在男众寺院修学一年以上；女众须依比丘尼剃度师剃度后，受沙弥尼戒、式叉摩那戒，并在尼众寺院修学两年以上。男众剃度师戒腊须满十年，且须为宗教教职人员；女众剃度师戒腊须满十二年，且须为宗教教职人员。男众不得剃度女众弟子。 </span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;visibility: visible;"><span leaf="" style="visibility: visible;">6.有一定佛教学识，能独立完成日常课诵和具备基本佛事法务活动能力。 </span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span leaf="">7.本次传戒活动，新戒以山东省寺院符合条件的沙弥、沙弥尼为主；外省报名新戒须经所在地省级佛教协会推荐。 </span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span leaf="">8.二次出家者，请自行在中国佛教协会网站查询，如存在教职人员备案信息，不可报名受戒。 </span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span leaf="">9.中国佛教协会、省级佛教协会网站上公示因违规违戒注销戒牒人员，不可报名受戒。 </span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span leaf="">三、填表要求 </span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span leaf="">1.《全国汉传佛教寺院出家二众受戒申请表》请从中国佛教协会网站下载，电脑填写，并用A4纸双面打印，一式两份，反面签名处须本人手写签名。（下载路径：中国佛教协会官方网站—下载专区—传戒表格）。 </span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span leaf="">2.戒表需规范、逐项填写，不符合格式要求的视为无效。（可参考样表，附件2）； </span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span leaf="">3.法名、字号前面不用加“释”，涉及时间的须标明年月日，如出生日期、出家日期（需与号条一致）等须精确至日，年月日用“.”号间隔，如：1996年01月10日填写格式为1996.01.10。 </span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span leaf="">4.简历：个人简历栏从小学开始一直写到求戒，当前的常住寺院为简历的最后一条，年对年，月对月，中间不可有空档期；有婚史者，简历中须标注结婚日期和离婚日期；二次出家者，应注明前后时间及原戒牒是否上交；简历中的年月用“.”号间隔，如1996.09——1999.08。 </span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;text-indent:
